Our wholesale range of ceramics are all hand thrown by potters solely using foot-motion kick wheels. All clay is mixed by hand and foot – we truly believe that the best artistic pieces still come from the oldest processing techniques and methods.

Q: Can some products be used outdoors?

A: We recommend using the products indoors or under cover. If you choose to use clay outdoors it must be protected against freezing. Clay is porous, will soak up water, salt through, and must have drainage. The sun and rain will cause a change in colouration. Often this change further enhances the beauty of the item and adds to the uniqueness of each object.

Q: Will the vases hold water?

A: The clay accents are not for wet arrangements. Do not fill with water. The vases must be inserted. Many users find glass containers or even discarded fruit jars adequate as an insert when using our Mexclusivo pieces for live arrangements.

Q: What is the lead time for orders?

A: Customers will usually receive their shipment 4-6 weeks from the order date, but please let us know of any urgent deliveries and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Q: What is the minimum order/reorder?

A: We have a minimum order of US$200 for all wholesale Mexclusivo orders. However, please be mindful of shipping costs. With larger, heavier items such as our ceramic range, it is often impractical to order less than US$500 worth of products in order to spread your costs effectively.
